Shanon Civils

I am a true local, graduating from Dixon High School and then furthering my education by completing my Bachelors of Science Degree at NC State University in the field of Business Management and Marketing.   After graduating, I began my career in real estate in the property management field and then over the years completed my education to become a REALTOR and now Broker in Charge and Owner of Realty Shop & Property Management, Inc. My education and 20+ years of experience in real estate have given me extensive knowledge to help our clients with all their real estate needs whether it’s buying, selling, renting or property management.

Growing up in the Southwest side of Jacksonville, this area has always been home to my family. We have been blessed with wonderful children and 3 granddaughters who keep us on our toes! We also have 2 German Shepard fur babies. On our off time, we love to Fish and do multiple tournaments all over the area. We enjoy traveling and football! We try and take advantage of everything the area offers.
