Olivia Studt

Hi my name is Olivia and I was born in Florida, raised in New York City and moved to Jacksonville in 2021. As a Leasing Assistant I aid our staff in leasing operations, serving as a point of contact for our tenants. As I continue my studies, I am excited to be a part of the Realty Shop Team and share my passion with my new community. I have several years of experience in administrative support. Prior to coming to Realty Shop I worked in commercial real estate, in the hustle and bustle of the big city. As someone who has gone through the stresses of moving and and finding a rental in an ever changing market, I hope to provide the best support to my clients to ensure their goals are achieved.

I am eager to learn more about our dynamic and charismatic community. In my downtime I enjoy spending time with my family in neighboring Wilmington. I love trying out new restaurants and exploring the outdoors.
