Chris Reagan

I was raised right here in Jacksonville, graduating from Jacksonville High School- go Cards! -before attending Gardner-Webb University to study Athletic Training. I have an extensive background in both Sports Medicine and Emergency Medical Services, holding medical credentials for over 16 years and counting. I actively serve as a committee member for the Brain Injury Association of North Carolina, an organization I am passionate about.

In 2014, I made a transition to a full-time business career in the Mortgage Industry, working through various positions and eventually managing multiple branch offices. I greatly enjoyed working with clients to help make their dreams of homeownership become reality. I believe this experience gives me a unique perspective and tool set that I am able to utilize daily in my current position.

In 2019, I made an exciting move to join the Realty Shop team and have never looked back! As Realty Shop’s Manager, I oversee all of the day-to-day operations of our firm and am actively involved in both the Sales and Property Management Divisions. I hope to be a resource for all our clients, helping to ensure their needs are met. I believe in transparent and frequent communication to ensure all parties are “on the same page” and at ease.

Outside of the office, my beautiful wife, energetic kiddos and I enjoy camping, kayaking, road trips and bonfires during our free time. There are so many adventures out there and we hope to experience as many as possible!
